Creative Canine Pet Services Policies

Refund Policy
- All payments for pet care bookings, including deposits, are non-refundable.
- Bookings can be rescheduled but are subject to the sitter's availability and may require using a different sitter.
- Account credits will remain available until the booking is rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
- Daycare/Dog Walks by the Pet Owner: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of that visit as part of a package.
- Daycare/Dog Walks by Creative Canine: If a service is canceled by Creative Canine, the appointment will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date.
- Creative Canine will make efforts to find an alternative sitter to cover the service, but this is not guaranteed.
Payment Policy
- Payments must be made via credit or debit card at the time of booking.
- If paying by check, payment must be received at least one week prior to the booking date, with full payment required in advance.
Vaccination Policy
- Proof of current vaccinations is required for all pets boarding with Creative Canine.
- Pets without proper documentation will not be permitted for services.
Respectful Communication Policy
- Negative reviews, slander, or refusal to communicate with Creative Canine to resolve issues will result in terminating the relationship and denial of future services.
- Threatening, intimidating, harassing, or verbally abusing any Creative Canine staff or sitters will result in immediate cancellation of bookings.
Property Respect Policy
- Pet parents must respect their sitter’s property and ensure their pets do not use the bathroom outside of the sitter's designated area.
Discount Policy
- Discounts are at the discretion of individual sitters unless a promotion is offered directly by Creative Canine Pet Services to the pet parent.
